I am curious to learn how you have been progressing with your mindfulness practice. Are you taking PQ rep breaks during the day? Or has it fallen off your radar?

I know this to be true for myself. I took a 6-month mindset mastery course last year, committing to 30 minutes at the start of everyday and 3 PQ reps throughout the day. I was supported by a pod with weekly meetings. For most of the 6 months I was consistent with the practice… but since, well not so much. 🤔
And yet, I am ABSOLUTELY convinced that my family and work life is easier, and I feel more peaceful. I have fewer hijacks and the ones I still get are much less intensive when I am consistent with the practice.
I need to recommit! 🙃 The best way to commit is to have accountability with others.
