Thank you to everyone who answered the questionnaire I sent last week. Your input is very valuable to me as I endeavour to make the ‘Leaders Exchange Sandbox’ more useful to you and worthy of your time and attention.
There were two questions that required a selection from a list of options and one open-ended question. Here is a quick summary of the feedback:
Question #1: What topics interest you the most?
33% selected – Time Management and Productivity
66% selected – Motivating oneself and Team Members
33% selected – Mental Fitness, Well-Being, Burnout
This pattern tells me to dedicate more time and space in the Sandbox to the topic of Motivation. Time Management and Mental Fitness and Wellness are still valid topics, yet motivation looms larger for more people.
No one offered suggestions for different topics from the ones I provided. That said, the window to provide feedback is always open. Please ask me questions and give your suggestions anytime. Remember, I designed this newsletter… Leaders Exchange Sandbox to be an exchange of ideas and opinions.
Question #2: What content source do you value the most?
33% selected – Content from thought leaders and researchers.
66% selected – Combination of content from real leaders and researchers.
This pattern of responses suggests that I continue with a combination of both sources of wisdom.
The third question was open text to allow for any form of feedback.
All of the comments were positive. But again, I want to be clear that I am looking for feedback of all kinds. Please, let me know your thoughts and suggestions about the weekly ‘Leaders Exchange Sandbox’ that you receive every Wednesday in your inbox.
