Negative Thoughts Lead to Negative Actions

I can’t make this stuff up! Here are statements I heard from three new clients, just this week:

“ I am trying to manage .. but cannot keep up. Still trying to do ….. yup , your classic burn out waiting to happen.”

“I should do a better job at balancing everything”

“There’s too much on the go, I am struggling BIG TIME to get the important things done”

And this one from someone who, sadly has not become a client:

“I would be happy to restart our conversation in about 2 months time, hopefully things will have settled down.”

This is waaay too common. Leaders and team members are feeling snowed under and can’t find a way out.

But there is a way out and it is matter of life and death…yes, or just as bad…a matter of sickness or health.

It all starts with the conversation you have in your mind. The people who said the things above said them to me, but they were saying it to themselves often before saying it to me. When we believe the thoughts that our mind produces, and if they are negative, (as they so often are) they become self-fulling prophecies.

Mindset. Take control of your thoughts. Simple, but not easy.
