Welcome to New 2024!

I hope this message finds you well. I noticed that you registered for my free webinar, “Turning Down the Tension in Tough Talks,” but were unable to attend. Life gets busy, and I completely understand how schedules can change unexpectedly.

The conversation on navigating difficult discussions is an essential one, and your interest suggests that you recognize its importance. I’m reaching out to not only express my regret for not having the chance to interact with you during the webinar, but also to provide you with some opportunities to pursue your interest in the topic.

  1. Additional Resource: I offer you a guide created for you to follow using the steps and tools I provided in the webinar.  It outlines everything you need to handle difficult conversations and behaviours as well as a section on giving feedback.  You can download the guide  HERE
  2. Personalized Q&A: If you have any specific questions or scenarios you’d like to discuss, I’m more than happy to schedule a 15-minute call with you to address them personally. You can find a time that works for you using my calendar  HERE
  3. Next Session: If you’re still interested, we have another webinar session coming up on February. You can register HERE

Regretfully, I cannot provide you with a recording of the session.  Several glitches in the recording make it not worthy of your listening time.  I will get it right, next time!

We believe in the power of mastering sage conversations, and it’s my goal to support you in turning down the tension in your tough talks. Your perspective is valuable, and I’d love to have the chance to learn from your experiences as well.

Please feel free to reach out directly or click on any of the links above to take the next step. Remember, progress in communication is a journey, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Looking forward to connecting with you soon.

Warm regards,

Diane Nelson, Coach & Facilitator

P.S. If there’s a particular challenge you’re facing that prompted your interest in the webinar, I’d be curious to hear about it and perhaps provide some tailored advice. Feel free to share!
